Each person has different representational memory systems of their memories. The memories are stored in their brain that is conceived via their 5 senses. However each person has their own interpretations of their memory based on preference of their 5 senses that they mainly used for recording that event.

These interpretations play an important aspect to their food habits and life style. Understanding this representation system could be the key to successful Health and Wellness goals consistently.
